Privacy

BUL BAR collects only the information you provide through our reservation and event-booking forms: name, phone, optional email, optional date of birth, and your reservation or event details. We use this information solely to confirm your booking, contact you about it, and (if you provide an email) send you a confirmation message.

Your data is stored in our internal staff systems for booking workflow, and your reservation triggers an internal notification to our team. Confirmation emails are delivered through our email-delivery service. We retain reservation records for up to 24 months, then delete them. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketing third parties.

You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by emailing bulbaralmaty@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use a small functional cookie to remember your language preference (`bulbar_lang`, valid for one year). This cookie is required for the site to work in your chosen language and cannot be declined.

When enabled, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site — page views, time on page, traffic source — in aggregate, with no personally identifying data. You can decline analytics cookies in the consent banner that appears on your first visit, and revisit your choice at any time.

Terms of Use

A reservation submitted through this site is a request, not a guaranteed booking. Our staff will confirm availability and reach out by phone or messaging. Until you receive that confirmation, your table is not held.

Cancellations: please notify us by phone or messaging at least four hours in advance so we can release the table to another guest.

Age policy: BUL BAR serves alcohol. The legal drinking age in Kazakhstan is 21 years. ID may be requested at the door.

Photo and video: BUL BAR is a public venue; staff may photograph or video the space for marketing or social media use. Personal photography is welcome; please be respectful of other guests.

The full version of these terms is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Questions: bulbaralmaty@gmail.com.
